VoIP Detective

There are three users associated with VoIP Detective.

• admin- This is the default username used for the GUI (VoIP Detective installation through your browser) of VoIP Detective.  While logged in as admin, visit the "Your Account" page to change the admin password.  You have the ability to create multiple GUI admin users, as well as deleting this user from the Administration -> User Management section of the GUI.

• cliadmin- this account is used to perform OS level functions such as change the IP address. To change this password you must either use your VMware console, or SSH to the IP address of VoIP Detective and select change cliadmin password from the prompts.  You cannot delete or change this username.

• voipdetective- this account is used by CUCM to transmit call records (CDR and CRMs) to VoIP Detective. To change this password you must SSH to the IP address of VoIP Detective and select change voipdetective password from the prompts.   You cannot delete or change this username.
