The CUCM Directory is designed to give end users a list of extensions in use by the phone system.  This is done by showing the "Display Names" in a read only fashion on an unsecured page of VoIP Detective.

The CUCM Directory is disabled by default.  To enable the CUCM Directory, go to Administration -> Configuration and scroll down to "CUCM Directory" and set this to enabled.

Once enabled, all users, including those not logged into VoIP Detective will see a new icon at the top right.

By clicking on that link, you will visit the CUCM Directory.

Where does the data come from?

VoIP Detective will show the data that is contained in the "Display Names".  This data (name, extension, department) can be manually entered, uploaded via XLSX, or optimally, it can be pulled from CUCM vial AXL import.
