Users of VoIP Detective PRO have the option to schedule reports to be emailed at per-determined intervals. You'll decide the frequency, delivery time and date, and format of the report, and it will be sent automatically to your email inbox.
Tailored Reports
Introduced in VoIP Detective 1.9, Tailored reports offers an easy way to schedule reports to be emailed to you.
Creating a tailored report
You simply run the report you're interested in through the web interface, then click the "Make this search a tailored report button.

Non-Admin View
When logged in as a non-admin account, you will be presented with four questions about when you'd like the report sent, the frequency, and format, and you're done.

Admin View
When logged in as an administrator, you'll see an extra field called "Report delivery method"
If you have configured a "Report Destination", such as a remote SFTP server, you will see that listed as an option. Report Destinations can be configured by going to Administration -> Configuration.

You can administer (delete or run ad-hoc) existing tailored reports by going to the "My Scheduled Reports" page.

Report Destinations - SFTP upload
It is possible to have reports delivered to SFTP servers, instead of via email. This is useful if you are importing into another program. To enable this functionality, do the following:
1. Go to Administration -> Configuration -> Report Destinations:

2. Enable remote SFTP server.
3. Once enabled, you will see several addional fields. Fill in server address, username, password, and path for your SFTP server.

4. finally, click the "Test SFTP server" button

You should see a success window

Scheduled Reports (legacy)
VoIP Detective originally used an interface called "scheduled reports" that allowed users to setup their own reports. This has been depreciated in favor of our "tailored reports" interface. Scheduled reports will eventually be removed from VoIP Detective.
By clicking on the "Report Descriptions and Terminology" button, you can see an explanation of all the available options. Please also note that mousing over various selections will provide tooltip (popup) descriptions.
